Every November, Americans commemorate Veterans Day as a way to say thanks to those who have served — or continue to serve — our country. Each year, Target extends a 10% military appreciation discount to all U.S. active-duty military personnel, veterans and their families to use in stores or online in early November. Outside of Veterans Day, Target also makes the discount available in July to celebrate Independence Day.

If you’re active duty or retired military you may be eligible for discounts at many restaurants, businesses, and local establishments.
This includes all five branches: Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Marine corps. Often the National Guard and Reserves are also included.
